Integrity Services is a veteran-owned business completely dedicated to serving our clients. Customer service is our top priority and we take great pride in taking the hassle out of your life.

Waste removal can be complicated. Who should you call? How do I schedule a pickup? How much does it cost? Where can I take my junk? We saw a need for a one-call service company to end the hassle and confusion of junk removal, trash disposal, recycling and more. Therefore, we created Integrity Services. When you call us, you won’t have to worry about any of the tedious nonsense. Just tell us what needs to be taken care of and we will handle it for you.

James Kurth

James Kurth has transitioned from the military after 22 years of service to become an
independent entrepreneur.

Mr. Kurth’s latest endeavors include the formation of MARJAM Properties LLC. James is the President of SSG HUDGEONS LLC and Managing Owner of SSG HUDGEONS INDUSTRIES
LLC (DBA INTEGRITY SERVICES).

Mr. Kurth’s longest running role has been as a contract IT consultant to Conoco Phillips (COP) for mobile operations in the EagleFord Shale area of operations. Before establishing his own LLC and brand, Kurth Enterprises, he served as a senior military analyst with Science Applications International Company (SAIC). 

Kurth has served as an advisor board member to several businesses over the years such as Curbsidemall, Top10ERP, and Compete Co. In 2019, and leading into 2020, James got involved with local politics. He envisioned and implemented a plan to run in the county primary against a 4 term incumbent for county commissioner. Mr. Kurth has continuously served in community outreach programs through the years such as Masonic Charities as well as working with community improvement corporations to attain grant money and matching funds through other charitable organizations.

As veteran Mr. Kurth has served in various roles such as Post Commander, Chaplin, and District Zone Commander for the Department of Texas American Legion. In 2015 he alongside with his wife of 25 years started a 501c3 and served as executive directors of a Vet Life a veteran and family mental health outreach program. Ultimately this lead to James serving temporarily as the national chair for Operation Not Forgotten.

Mr.Kurth is a 2nd DAN (second degree black belt) in Tae-kwon Do and enjoys training others to achieve their goals in all aspects of life as a Co-Founder of Driven Martial Arts.

Kurth holds a masters degree from Trident University in Information Technology Management with a concentration in information digital forensics.

Matt Hudgeons

Currently a co-owner of Integrity Services and Vice-President/co-owner of Integrity Rental Services.

While in the military, Matt studied multiple martial arts such as Muay Thai in Thailand, boxing and kickboxing, Kempo karate and Tai-Jitsu Ryu, Brazilian jiu jitsu and military combatives, holding belts in all disciplines.

Matt medically retired from the US Army infantry due to combat injuries after spending 16 years serving as rifleman, recon team leader, senior scout observer, breach master, fire team and squad leader, sniper, platoon sergeant, and personal security for high ranking officers(psd).

Scott Miller

Currently Vice-President of Integrity Services and has been Crew Foreman for Tetrad Property Solutions for 1.5 years.

Miller has a combined 10 years of ranch hand work including welding, fence building/mending, cattle work and more.

Miller helped plan and build ASJ Restoration Services and All-Out Junk & Debris Removal.
